Hisham I. Masri, Esq.
Hisham is well versed in criminal law, family law, and commercial litigation. He graduated from Rutgers University with top honors and attained a degree in Finance from the Rutgers School of Business in 2001. He attended Seton Hall University School of Law School and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2005. Thereafter, while working at PriceWaterhouse Coopers, LLP, he counseled numerous multi-national companies with their legal and financial needs, including many Fortune 500 companies. His global experience now lends itself to representing his own clients with their legal needs. Hisham also holds the position of Assistant Corporate Counsel for the City of Paterson and serves as one of the City's municipal prosecutors. He also serves as a municipal court prosecutor for the cities of Passaic and Prospect Park.
Raymond B. Reddin, Esq.
Raymond graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2005. Upon graduating from law school, he served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas F. Brogan, the Presiding Civil Assignment Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Passaic County. He currently serves as the attorney for the Passaic Valley Regional High School Board of Education, the Totowa Board of Education and is currently the Borough of Totowa's Tax Attorney. In addition, Raymond was recently appointed as the Public Defender for the City of Wayne and the Township of Bloomfield. In 2011 and 2019, Raymond was recognized by the New Jersey Super Lawyers Magazine as a “Rising Star”. The Super Lawyers list is issued by Thomson Reuters.
